1. This website is first of its kind in AMPICON / ICMP.         
2. It has got 2 links at top right hand side corner such as 'Help' and 'About us (ampicon)' in addition to Home.
3. The home page contains the invitation and advertisement slots that sponsor the website. By clicking any of the sponsor icon you enter into the respective sponsors website.
4. In 'About us' sub menus 'committee's opinion', 'First invitation', 'Abstract template', 'Ampicon2009 brochure' are available.
5. 'Committees opinion' is meant for any enquiry by the members of AMPI or anybody who desires to register for conference, can send mails to any of the listed committee members /organizing committee and get clarification.
6. 'AMPICON 2009 brochure' contains all static pages of conference information and anybody requires can download it, but online registration and Abstract submission are available by left side quick links.

1. Left hand side quick links gives you provision for Online registration, Abstract submission, Accommodation, Booking for trade & scientific exhibition.
2. On a click on any of the 'quick links', display the provision there in
3. By clicking on 'registration' you get registration form.
4. Select type of registration out of menu displayed.
   
5. Asterisk ( * ) columns are mandatory to fill up.
6. After filling the required fields in the form, click on 'submit' you will get Success Message of your registration.
7. Like so for accommodation, booking for trade/scientific exhibition.
8. In all the above forms,please mention your transacting BANK account number in the space provided for ONLINE at the time of transaction by means of online or else DD number may be mentioned,if the payment is through DD.

1. Registration is pre-requisite for attending the conference and presenting a paper.The organizing committee on verification of Payment Details,  allows registration / accommodation / trade booking etc..
2. Go to left side of the page and click on Abstract submission. A text editor will be displayed and you can write or paste your abstract when you logged in to site.Your abstract ought to be sent in the format given in template. .   
3. If you want to insert any image then follow the Steps below the Text editor in Abstract Submission.
4. In the text editor, If you copy and paste the image,  it will not get transfer  and an open space will be displayed in the text. Hence the images in your abstract are to be separately copied in serial order and a folder ought to be submitted as attachment along with the abstract.  So that there will not be any loss of information of images and repeated requests by the scientific committee may be avoided.
