The 400-year old, once the Nizam's Capital, is today the capital city of Andhra Pradesh. It is the fifth largest metropolis in India. Hyderabad city is offering a fascinating panorama of the past ( ancient civilisation & culture) with a mild climate, an air of spaciousness and old world values of courtesy & politeness, endowed with rich culture & heritage. Hyderabad is History by day and Magic by night. That's Hyderabad, a city of smiles, of lights, of thousand faces.
It is a heady mixture of heritage, traditional hospitality and a thriving software revolution. The city is noted for its natural beauty, mosques and minarets, bazars and bridges, hills and lakes. Today's Hyderabad city is cosmopolitan, richly endowed with a variety of cultures. The city presents an attractive amalgam of old world charm together with the ebullience of growth and enterprise. While Muslim population is quite rich towards the old part of the city. It is also known as the second Silicon Valley in India after Bangalore. Hyderabad has a Software Technology Park with leading industries. Hyderabad - the Pearl City of India - is famous for its minarets and its pearl bazaar. Pearls from all over the world are said to come to Hyderabad because the artisans here are skilled in piercing and stringing pearls.
 
 
HISTORICAL TOUR - HYDERABAD
(Salar Jung Museum - Charminar - Mecca Masjid)
After morning breakfast from hotel move towards historical tour of Hyderabad. Salar Jung Museum is situated on the southern bank of the river Musi. This Museum, the third largest museum in India is one of the largest one-man-collections in the world. Salarjung Museum is one of the much lauded tourist attractions of Hyderabad City and it is full of many interesting objects. The collections include Indian Art, Middle Eastern Art, Far Eastern Art, European Art, Children Art along with a Founders gallery and a rare manuscript section. Mir Yusuf Ali Khan, popularly known

popularly known as Salar Jung III (1889-1949) served as Prime Minister to Nizam 1912, at the age of 23, but resigned two and a half years later. Thereafter he dedicated his whole life collecting antiques and art, which were the only passions of his lonely life. He spent considerable portion of his wealth for collecting them.

After Salar Jung next proceed for Charminar, Hyderabad's most popular landmark located at the center of the old city and surround by lively bazaars. It was built by Sultan Mohammed Quli Qutub Shah in 1591 in honour of his wife Bhagmati, shortly after he had shifted his capital from Golconda to what now is known as Hyderabad. Charminar is in square shape with four towers in the four corners of the square, each side is 20 metres long. These sides will take you to a plaza through giant arches. Every arch of the monument is 11 meters wide and rises 20 meters high. The structure of Charminar show both Indian and Mughal architectural styles. You can see good views of all over the old city from the top of the minarets. Today, the Charminar has 45 prayer spaces and a mosque. The beautiful mosque is located at the western end of the open roof of the monument. The remaining part of the roof served as a court during the Qutub Shahi times. The Charminar offers some exotic views of the city and the Golconda Fort. These views remind of the glorious past of Hyderabad.

After view of Charminar straight away drive to Mecca Masjid. Mecca Masjid is the oldest and the biggest of the mosques situated in Hyderabad city. About 10,000 people can offer prayers in this mosque at a time. It is said that Mohammad Quli Qutub Shah began the construction of the Masjid in 1617 but the Mughal Emperor Aurangazeb completed the construction in 1694. The Mecca Masjid of Hyderabad is located just 100 yards away from the famous and historic Charminar.

GOLKONDA FORT TOUR OF HYDERABAD
(4 Hours Tour)
The 13th century Golconda Fort was built by the Kakatiya kings. The existing structure was later built by Qutub Shahi Kings into a massive fort with granite walls having eight gates and 87 bastions spread upto 7 kms, in circumference over a span of 62 years. Golconda Fort, popularly known in Telgu as "Golla Konda", which means "Shepherd's Hill". Golconda Fort is one of the most wonderful monuments, located 11 km. from Hyderabad, the
capital of Andhra Pradesh. The name of Golconda originates from the telgu words "Golla" and "Konda" which means 'shepard's hill'. One of the most important features of this fort is that the sounds of hands clapped at the entry gate can be heard quite clearly at the top of the hill. Golconda was famous for its diamond mines in olden days. The world-renowned 'Kohinoor' diamond is believed to have come from here. The Golconda fort is built on a granite hill 120m high. The fort has 8 gates or Darwazas as they are called in local language. The main gate is called Fateh Darwaza.

One can enjoy Golconda Fort with the sound and light, the show that brings the legend of Golconda to life. People gather to see and hear this show in the evening. The show has voice-over of Bollywood living legend Amitabh Bacchan. The show starts with a spectacular interplay of audio and visual effects.
 
Attractions within the fort
Acoustics is the most interesting look of Golconda Fort is its system of acoustics. The sounds of hands clapped at the entry gate can be heard clearly at 'Bala Hissar', the highest point, a kilometre away, palaces, factories, water supply system and the famous 'Rahban' cannon, that was used during the last seize of Golconda by Aurangazeb, to whom the fort ultimately fell.
 
Taramathi Gana and Premathi Nritya Mandir
You can see two separate pavilions in outside of Golconda Fort, built on a rocky prominence the Taramathi Gana Mandir and the Premathi Nritya Mandir, both the legendary sisters Taramathi and Premamathi resided. Both gave their performance on a circular dais atop a two-storied structure, the Kala Mandir, which was visible from the king's durbar (king's court) on top of the Golconda Fort.

RAMOJI FILM CITY TOUR

Hussain Sagar Lake-Lumbini Park-Snow World Tour
(Full Day Tour)

After morning breakfast from hotel move towards relaxing tour and have a view of one of the largest man made lakes is situated at Hyderabad. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it connects the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. It was founded during the reign of Ibrahim Qutub Shah, by Hussain shah Wali, in 1562. The unique feature of this lake is a statue of Lord Buddha with an height of 18 meter and weight of 350 ton.

It is located on the rock of Gibraltar in the middle of the Lake. Boating and Water Sports are a regular feature at Hussain Sagar. Sunday's cultural programmes are conducted by the Department of culture in the evenings and admission is free for the public. Next proceed for Lumbini Park, is one of the beautiful parks in the twin cities Hyderabad and Secunderabad located along the banks of Hussain Sagar Lake. Lumbini Park is a part of the Buddha Poornima project developed by the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority in 1994 and since then, it has become an ideal place of relaxation and a place of amusement. The park has been named after the garden that was the birth place of Siddharth, the later day Buddha. The main attractions of the park include a colourful floral clock, waterfalls and fountains. The spectacular musical dancing fountain and water cascade draws huge crowds. The fountains dance to the tunes of popular numbers from Hindi and Telugu film songs. Normally, during summer time, three shows are organised.

However, due to the upgradation work being taken up by the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA), currently the musical fountain show and the clock has been put off temporarily.
In evening visit Snow World, the World's Biggest and India's 1st Snow Theme Park. Spread over 17,000 square feet area, Lower Tank Bund Road, behind Indira Park, it is yet another landmark in twin cities. Snow World has an indoor "Cryo Zone" full of attractions from a natural snowscape, with alpine forest, igloos, and simulated figures of penguins and polar bears. This is the first of its kind of Snow Fall introduced by any Snow Theme Park or
Snow Dome anywhere in the world All these snow wonders are made possible by artificially producing snow using state of the art technology supplied by Woomera Snow Guns Ltd., Australia. The snow is produced with pure mineral water.

Day 01: Bangalore
Arrive at Bangalore and check-into the hotel. In afternoon proceed for local sightseeing tour of Bangalore, where you can visit the Lal Bagh gardens, the 'Bull temple' - one of the oldest temples of Bangalore built in Dravidian style and houses a monolith Nandi (bull) of huge size the Parliament Building Vidhan Soudha and the Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum. Day 02: Bangalore / Hassan Tour
Drive to Hassan visiting Sravanabelagola enroute. The place is known for its noted 17 metre high image of Lord Gomateshvara on the top of Indragiri hill. Overnight stay at the hotel.
 
Day 03: Hassan - Mysore Tour
Drive to Mysore from Hassan. After the breakfast, start with the sightseeing tour of Brindavan Gardens and Palace. By evening reach the airport to board a flight to an onward destination or way back home.
